Free trial
freeslot Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
Refunds
If you are charged and it was not what you wanted, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies to both the monthly and the yearly plan, including renewals.
After 14 days we do not usually refund a period that has already started, but write to us if something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge or a service problem, and we will look at it.
How to ask
Email freeslot.support@gmail.com from the address you used to subscribe, or include it in your message. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Polar, and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops future charges. Open Settings → Plan → Manage subscription in the extension, or use the link in your Polar receipt email. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
